The best way to stay fit or lose weight?
Do I go alotttt? I realized that my friends and I walked everywhere, Im alittle overweight but thin. Especially my ex-boyfriend with friends, go out with him every day and everywhere, HES, hes so thin! We walked everywhere, sometimes the next day tomorrow, I can not move, even for a few hours. Is that right?
It's great to walk the lot, if They are harming their health. Go to the doctor and get checked on the spot to go all the trips, etc.. Exercise and eat less, are the only how to lose weight permanently. Eating less does not mean sacrificing part of the pizza or chocolate cake once in a while either.
